The Dream?

The Dream? is a darkly funny, honest, and immersive solo show exploring the first time Lydia experienced grief.
Set in the chaotic, uncertain months just after turning 30, the piece unfolds in the strange limbo between loss and survival, when the world keeps turning, even though yours has stopped.
Blending comedy, storytelling, and visual moments, the work examines how we cope when everything familiar shifts. It’s about identity, denial, and the uncomfortable in-between, the quiet pauses behind the chaos when you start to question what was ever truly real.

Through candid humour and heartfelt honesty, Lydia De La Murrãy invites audiences into an intimate shared space where laughter and pain sit side by side, exploring how grief distorts time, memory, and self-perception.
